1. 0 Non-Refundable Retainer

A 0 non-refundable retainer via e-Transfer (Yetundekadri@gmail.com) is required to hold your date for up to 6 hours. Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Clean Hair Preparation

Hair must be freshly washed, fully dried, and 100% product-free (no oils, grease, leave-in conditioner). Free blow-dry provided. Hair must be at least 4–6 inches long.

3. Punctuality & Late Policy

late fee per 15 minutes. After 30 minutes without communication, appointment is canceled and retainer forfeited.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Terms

Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows result in full retainer loss. Remaining balance is cash only on appointment day.
