• Hair must be freshly washed, fully dried, and 100% product-free (no oils, creams, grease, or leave-ins).
• Free blow-dry prep provided, but hair must arrive clean.
• Dirty or product-heavy hair will result in appointment cancellation and deposit forfeiture.
• Natural hair must be at least 4–6 inches long.
